How does this work?

Shop at modernkbeauty.com and find what you like! Just click 'Add to Cart' when you're decided. Our items are in stock, with some that are pre-orders.

Checkout your shopping cart. You'll just have to fill up the form, choose how you'd like to receive your products and at the summary page, you'll see the total amount. Please transfer the total amount to our bank account - DBS Savings 023-5-049062. Currently, we only accept bank transfer. 

When we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation of your purchase (: For pre-orders, please understand that we can only go ahead to purchase your items after we have received payment. 

We will hand carry your order back to Singapore, and you can choose to receive your order via meet up or mail delivery (1-3 days). For in stock items, we can meet up the very next day! ^^

Could you tell me more about the products?

All products are bought directly from South Korea. When you receive them, they will come in their original packaging and sealed. Our products are 100% authentic.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do our utmost in ensuring that your products reach you just as they were sold. 

What if the item/shade I want is out of stock?

When we are doing the purchase in Korea, we will try to contact you to get your opinion. In the event that we are unable to purchase your item, we will refund the price of the item via bank transfer.

Are there any shipping or hidden charges?

There are no shipping or hidden charges. The prices you see on our website is the price you will be paying. We will only charge for delivery in Singapore by mail or EMS.

Where and when do you conduct your meet ups?

We will conduct the meet up the day after we arrive in Singapore, so that you can collect your orders fresh off the plane (: We will conduct our meet up at the following MRT stations - City Hall, Serangoon and Buona Vista. Please indicate your preferred station for meet up in the order form. 

What is your refund and return policy?

All products will be sealed in original packaging, and will be as sold in the retail shop from Korea. Please note that we are unable to accept refunds or returns if it is a packaging issue (eg. the box is flattened, there is a scratch on the packaging, etc). We will do our very best to package and hand carry your product with utmost care.

That being said, we will still consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.  If we bought the product wrongly, we will refund you the full price for the product. Please understand that we are unable to accept returns or refunds once the packaging has been opened or when the product has been used.
